    In relation to your Account we store your personal data until you request the deletion of your Account. Data needed for the settlement of eventual disputes are stored until the expiry of the limitation period (5 years).
  • To whom we transfer your data?
    We transfer your data to our hosting providers.

    You shall not provide your data, but if you do not provide the requested data, we will not be able to provide you with information or act on your consumer complaint.
  • Which categories of data do we process?
    For contact: name, e-mail address, any additional information you provide.
    In case of a complaint: Name, e-mail address, description of the complaint, any additional information you provide.
  • For how long we store the data?
    If you do not have an Account, we will keep the data relating to your request for one year from the date of the request. If you have an Account, we keep the data processed for contact purposes for 30 days after the termination (deletion) of your user Account. In case of a complaint, we store your data until 5 years as of the receipt of the complaint, in case of any official procedures, until 5 years as of the final conclusion of the procedure. 
  • To whom we transfer your data? 
    We transfer your data to our hosting providers and subsidiary companies. In case of a complaint, we transfer your data to the competent authorities (eg. customer protection authority, conciliation panel, supervisory authority, competent court, notary public.

9. What are your rights in relation to our processing?

  • Access
    You can, at any time, request confirmation from us to whether your personal data is being processed. You can request information about the purpose of the data processing, what data is being processed, to whom we transfer your personal data and for how long we store your data.
  • Rectification
    In case your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you can request us to correct your inaccurate personal data and the completion of your incomplete personal data. In case you have a personal account, you can modify your data in your account.
  • Erasure
